Our Project: We learn to do business in Europe

Our project is focused on developing basic and cross-curricular skills - entrepreneurship, language skills, using innovative pedagogical approaches.

We start from the situation that schools, school graduates are often criticized for coming into practice that they usually come into practice with good theoretical training, but they lack the skills they need to practice, such as communicative, linguistic, social, civic, problem-solving, etc. long-term problem, it can be deduced that the enhancement of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship, where pupils can practice the above mentioned specific competencies on specific cases, events, eg in a simulated environment of a pupil's mini-company, but also in real conditions within professional practices is more than beneficial . It is one of the approaches to better support for competitiveness and employment, especially at regional and local level. This situation is similar in most European countries. School graduates with no experience are one of the most numerous groups of the unemployed.

The project includes the following activities:

-  International project meetings - a student mini-company will be set up at each partner school to choose any business area. Pupils-participants of mini-companies will meet together for 4 exchange stays. They will be on the agenda of mutual meetings

• Workshops where they will exchange experiences, inspire each other, meet young successful entrepreneurs (preferably graduates of a given school), meet the city and the region, meet with representatives of social partners and institutions

• Creating information materials and presentations to familiarize other partners with the conditions, rules and business opportunities of young people in their country

The project contains activities that

- Enhance cooperation between organizations in order to set up mutual exchange of procedures

- Promote the development, testing and implementation of innovative practices in the field of education and training for pupils
